From the Salisbury Post today, 6/11/2010:

U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan plans a visit to Salisbury on Monday [6/14] to meet with local residents about their concerns. Members of Hagan's staff will also be available to assist people who need help with federal agencies, her office said.
The senator will be at Rufty-Holmes Senior Center, 1120 S. Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave., in the Addie Rhem Morris Room beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Who's coming?

Rant on Thats NICE NO ONE from her office or herself bothered to show up in Washington DC on May 11th to meet 100 WWII vets. Burr and Foxx and members of there staff both came out a spoke and walked with them and spent time with them at the WWII memorial. Rant off.

It is real simple folks.

We have a representative form of government. If your representatives in government - local, county, state and federal - don't know and hear from you, how can you possibly expect them to represent you? Meet with, call, email and fax them EVERY chance you get.

She has heard from me on numerous occasions. I will not be wasting my time any longer. I will however be campaigning against her in 2012.
Removed by poster - had my threads confused....

You sure about that? She was just elected in 2008.
Absolutely. Legislators are elected to the North Carolina House of Representatives for 2 year terms.

NC House

Which would be to the point if we were discussing Debra Ross - which we are not - my confusion on the thread...

I think there is confusion - NC Dave I think you are talking about Deborah Ross (NC House - 2 year term) and Inov8tn's post was about U.S. Senator Kay Hagan (six year term - just elected in Nov 2008)
10-4. Thanks for clearing that up! I got my threads mixed-up.

Hagan is not up in 2012. Her seat is up in 2014. She was elected to in 2008 and US Sentate terms are six years.
