Is there any way to ship a handgun from an individual to an out of state FFL? I hadn't done it in a while and it seems FedEx has quit shipping handguns. USPS doesn't do it. I think UPS will only pick up from FFLs and most don't won't to deal with shipping them for individuals.

Unless things changed in the last month @ UPS.
I've used UPS many times, and last time about a month ago. You can ship Next Day Air Saver at a discount from Next Day Air.
Combine NDAS with discount code SOAR for up to 40% discount on the discount. UPS doesn't care if you're an FFL You must bring the gun to one of their hubs, not the local package places.
Just let UPS know it's a handgun.
I never use FEDEX unless a gun manufacturer uses them and provides a label.

If I can help in any way, reach out and we can walk through it.

I was going to use shipmygun but the FFL was not willing to receive a gun via that outfit. If the receiving FFL is on the list, you should be GTG.
Basically any FFL that does business with Budsguns will be ok.

I can tell you from experience its easier to go to ffl. Had a glock come from utah guy shipped personal and local ffl would nit take shipment because guy shipped personally. The cost is 25 dollars from ffl and takes out hassle of non acceptance. From experience easier to pay 25 than save 10 bucks.
