And he's the official target painter. After about the third time he made the trip downrange to paint he says:

"why don't we just get a paintball gun with white paintballs and shoot the targets from here?"

Brilliant idea says I. Wish I'd though of it first.

What a brilliant mind....lol...kids can "fix" everything with simplicity. We spend time thinking about what's the best way to do something...They just do it or think it up that quick. Priceless times.
Had a rental property on lockbox and wife w/niece go out to check it, wife can't remember combination of the four dials, goes to car to call me, in meantime, niece dialed in the four correct numbers and opened the lockbox...she had no clue what the combination was supposed to be...

Ha! Nice. Probably had it set to 1234 or something - a combination some idiot puts on his luggage. <there must be people here that get this reference>

Yeah, it isn't really 'paint' at all; it is basically water with some kind of thickener and food coloring in it. It will run off and take the color with it in a matter of minutes if not much sooner. Cool thought though...

An ingenious idea on the surface!
Oh yeah, it's a great idea. Kids to that whole simple fix thing very well. Thumbs up to the kid.
