So where are you getting corn and what are you paying?

    Hopefully the price of corn is lower this year than last.

    Perhaps we can share ideas on where to find corn and what the prices are. I need about 2500 lbs of shelled corn for our club. Perhaps you're in a similar situation.

    I ill be paying market price(right now looking around 4.50/bushel but its likely to go down when the Midwest starts picking) and ill get 100-120 bushels from our farmer.

    That's the price for cob corn here.
    They haven't really started picking it yet.

    I got a guy in Wallburg near W-S that sells 100lb sacks of cob corn for $6. I like to take my truck up at the end of August and get about 5 sacks, lasts all season long.
    I don't corn all year due to CWD risks.

    I used to pay $8 per 100lb of shelled, but I haven't bough any for a few years.
