My brother and i wanted to start up an MC and finally got everything nailed down at the end of last year now all we need is some riders. We are not trying to be some big bad A motorcycle gang we are just simple minded, motorcycle ridin, gun lovin folks. I wanted to know if anyone was interested in joining. If so all we require is that you have a motorbike of any sort and a firearm at least .22 caliber. There are no dues or anything like that we just want a good core group of riders to ride with. Again we are not involved in any type of gang activity we just enjoy riding and guns.

Real 1%'rs, or just locals. I'm not as up on this as I used to be, but the "MC" is what used to cause some conflicts.
Same in Cumberland.. If your club doesn't have "the blessing" from the local 1%ers wearing the "MC" patch can cause you problems. In instances I'm aware of, people were asked to remove the patch from their cut or leave, if they refused, the patch was removed for them...

You can also get killed...just say'n. We've had a bit of activity locally in the past month or two.

This is similar to something I have seen firsthand.

I dig those patches though, good stuff.

Hell I'll buy the vest / patch wo the MC part, I sold my ride years ago.
And there is no prob with "real MC clubs/gangs" any more, in Randolph Co / triad area,
they are almost gone. just weekend worriers now.
I havent seen a HA or RR in 12+years.

Funny how the coverage of those two events dropped out of the news so quickly isn't it?
We had a lot of discussion on it because one of the people involved had links to DoD.

Outlaws in Charlotte in the 70's were juvenile idiots, but dangerous. I experienced it firsthand at a favortite rundown watering hole. I don't know what those morons are like now, but it was bad news then. I rode, and I know. Different behaviors in different locales perhaps, but not BS.

thats it around here, the old timers show respect when given respect. the hot headed young guys are the ones that start crap trying to make a name for theirselves. S.G. and outlaws, some H.A. and windjammers. every now and then some other clubs from south carolina show up.

Right now alot of them a riding without showing colors for some reason.

I don't know much about the MC scene, so what are the 1%ers and what problems would they have with the patches?
