Since members aren’t allowed to even message people, this is just an idea from other places I’m on.

How about we have them atleast make 1 post in the intro, before having the ability to message someone, and then have a set # of posts made before being able to post things in the BST?

Example, new guy introduces himself, he can now send a PM…. New guy hits 50 posts, he can now post in the BST?

Of course, we can modify the requirements as the staff sees fit. It has been our experience that having at least 5 or more posts is the minimum for allowing folks to use Conversations/PM. Otherwise, you see a flood of PM scamming.
