I wanted to give a shout out to TSA. Meet a few friends and got some range time in on Monday evening. It was a pleasure to use the range. RO's were polite and respectful! Thanks
While the hourly rate is a little expensive, the range is very nice. The RO's pretty much leave you alone if you know what you're doing and follow their rules.
I really want to join TSA but it is just too expensive. You would think with the markup on guns and ammo there they could bring the cost of membership down $100. $700 a year for me and wife is quite excessive.
Is it really $700 a year? Yowza. Eta: Family** $695/Per Year (Includes Spouse) $100/ Per Year for each additional family member **non refundable. Family members must be under 21.
For someone like myself at 71 living on Social Security, there's no way I can pay those prices. With today's ammo prices and lack of availability of ammo why pay those exorbitant prices for place to shoot when you ain't got no ammo .ridiculous. Even if I had ammo and was still working I would not pay those prices
