I've seen worse on armslist though. A while back a guy posted a 30mm HE round he stole from a downed Apache while he was fobbing around Afghanistan.
Clicked through to this other ads out of curiosity and he was also selling some (I would guess) stolen humanitarian rations with the red crescent symbol on them.
