What do you guys prize the most in your collection.
Mine
Pistol this is toughest one. I really want to say my Model 29 Anniversary I just picked up. But I'm going to have to go with my Model 41 Anniversary.
Rifle Another tough call but I'm going to have to go with my Winchester 1892 24" case hardened 1892 chambered in .357mag. I think I'm going here because it's my newest 92. I have a collection of 92's but it seems I'm always fondest of the most recent purchase. Close second would be my hundred years John Wayne
Shotgun is easy. I'm kind of embarrassed to say this but I have a reason; maybe foolishly I looked at it as an investent, hopefully not. Muni Bonds, CD's, Mutual funds and my guns lol. I've been shooting skeet since I was twelve years old. I shot competitively for years traveling the country. I had an opportunity to buy a complete set about two years ago so I sold a Krieghoff and I bit the bullet. I got a tremendous discount new on the four guns. Anyway I bought all four skeet gauges .12 .20 .28 .410. My wife does let me display these in the den in a lighted case but she has no clue what I paid. I'll sell these shotguns when I'm an old bitchin gray dude. Citori Grade VII Grayed. Looks like picture below. I also had a custom leather covered hard case made to carry the guns. I think it's over 60#'s. In hindsight I should have just got two double cases.
