Where to sight in new rifles? Or any guns?

Okay. I'm still new to this group and don't really know anyone here, so this might seem like a silly question to a lot of you.

I live in Charlotte and it's almost impossible to find a place to shoot rifles. I don't know anyone with property out in the county, and none of the ranges here have anything longer than 25 yard lanes. And only one allows a .308.

I have a new 10/22 and a new Ruger American .308 that I haven't even been able to sight in because there is nowhere for me to shoot.

What do ya'll do about shooting rifles?

It's busy but I've always had a good experience there. If anything >I'M< the annoying one banging away with my AK.

Charlotte Rifle and Pistol Club is a good option if you can foot the membership fee

If you can friend a member on here, Rowan County Wildlife Assoc goes out to 400yds or so.

I have shot there with my buddy who is a member. It's a great club, but you got to qualify and pay your fees. Still, if I lived nearby I'd join in a heartbeat.

Mine looks just like the ones on the Ruger site. I've shot three of them and they are really good rifles for the money.

RCWA rifle range is only out to 200 yards. I do wish it was more though...
