Could be fuel, kinda makes me wonder if they were trying to do a oil system cleaning using a kerosene based product or they were being lazy and used ATF (I have done both)That fire was caused by a fuel leak. Not a faulty oil change. Spilled oil will not ignite that fast. You would get a lot smoke before the flames.
The employees didnt look to sure of themselves. That aint good. I say in my shop, Dont panic till I panic. But that is usually to late by then.
