It's no different than finishing an 80% lower. 100% legal when done for yourself. You sell one, then you are breaking the law.

They will realize that gun control is impossible. And focus on ammunition control. Can't print ammo.

You can certainly sell one after you build it.

You can't be in the business of manufacturing without the proper licensing.

If you printed some for personal use, and then down the road decided to sell a couple. No problem.
If you are printing them for the purpose of selling, problem.

We have some of these printers at work and Im waiting on a lower from PSA to get here so I can get it scanned. Im not sure how ours compares to the one in the link, but I wouldnt be scared to use ours for a good 223 test.

Some printers can handle powered metals. That is what I am waiting for.
