Are these belt buckles concealed? I've always wanted one. I have a CCW but worried these are open carry. I've been told they're artful concealment.

My old man has one of those, he never tucks his shirt in anyway, so he's good to go when he wears that particular buckle. I've always thought it was a shame to have something cool like that and then hide it, but he doesn't like to rock the boat so I understand. He wears it because he likes it, not because he wants to show it off.
