I have owned 2 Taurus revolvers, 1 was a model 66? 357, that was stolen over 20 years ago, but had fired over 10,000 rounds without issue, & almost 99% of them were reloads, in 38 special.

my other is a 44 snub with ported barrel, I forget if it is stainless, or nickle, but it is one of my main carry weapons, but it has been shot under 500 rounds.

I looked at the polymer Taurus, & didnt care for them. my wife loved the feel, but she isnt a gun person, & has only held maybe 20 to 30 guns in her lifetime.

I will buy a light carry gun next year, & what I want is old school, a S&W model 37, it will be the next thing I purchase in the way of a firearm, my mom had one growing up & I loved it, but she sold it, I saw a couple at a gun show last year, but I couldnt afford, & because of that, I refused to go to another show unless I have money to buy. I had went to sorta see what I have missed in the last 20 or so years, plus to pick up some ammo for my .40 as well as the 44.

a friend recently purchased a new smith thats quite light, but I still prefer the vintage model 37, & I have held one of the titaniums & still prefer the 37. lol. oh well.
