WTS - Samsung 50" DLP

This was a floor model that I bought back in 2004, and it has ran great until recently.
Had it serviced about 4 years ago (before the extended warranty ran out) with new color wheel and lamp.
I still have the old lamp the service guy let me keep, it was still working when it was replaced.

50" DLP, silver casing. Outside dimension approx. 47" wide.

So the issue: lately, it has starting to do the normal DLP thing and occasionally the picture will freeze and go black & white and pixelated.
Attached is a picture of what it looks like when it happens. I don't have a photo of the normal picture, but I will take one if someone asks.
It doesn't do it all the time, and when it does, I turn the TV off for about 5 minutes and then turn it back on and it's fine.
Sometimes, it'll do it once, and be fine the rest of the day. Other times, it will do it 3x an hour. Sometimes, won't happen for several days or a week. It's just hit or miss.
Like I said, just started happening within the last month or so. Has a great picture the rest of the time.

I don't know how much it would cost to fix, or how hard it is to do yourself.
I just decided after 8 years, I want to upgrade to an LED.

This would be great for a kids playroom, garage, etc.

$85 FTF
Any questions just ask.

Didn't make it to the dump this weekend after all

Trade ya for some ammo (Federal or CCI 22 lr) or M&P mags

I'd rather this go to a home where I know it will be used than to give it to Goodwill or take it to the dump.
Don't let the issue with the screen worry you if you're otherwise interested.
It has only done it a handful of times, and it was mostly very sporadic.
Someone is going to get a good TV for not a lot of money.
