Check this out. Just bought it at Mace Sports in Mebane. They are 12.99 and about the same size as a Army .50 cal can. They've got a whole pallet full stacked chest high or at least when I was there today.

For the life of me, I can't understand the fascination with all this zombie stuff. To each his own, I guess.

It's fun, plus if you need a can for ammo, might as well be one with that's neat looking!

"You're face will freeze like that" -- your mother

Absolutely. If you like it, that's what matters, not someone's opinion of it.

I start to wonder now if all the zombie stuff is a big inside joke amongst firearm manufacturers with some kind of pool for whoever comes up with the dumbest idea.

    I agree.

This zombie fascination is right up there with all those teenage girls and their vampire crushes. I just don't get it.

    Zombies are an allegory.

    Sparkling vampires are just gay.

    That's the difference.

I'll try it this way: Zombies: interesting horror movie genre that strikes at multiple deeply rooted fears such as 1. Being devoured alive. 2. Being reanimated after death into living torment. 2. Being persued by your ex-friends bent on your death...to name a few. Popular horror genre.

Also, zombies are used as many as an analogy to the "unknown" danger out there of the end of the world. Will it be the undead? Probably not...but it may well be something...the government, lawless hordes seeking your "stuff" to survive...who knows. The "mindless enemy bent on your destruction" can have any face...a zombie is just a good moniker.

Zombies symbolize an unknown ending to our way of life as we know it. Zombie = symbol.

Sparkling Vampires...well...who knows what they represent...I am a heterosexual male so whatever it is evades me.

Man this thread went upside down (or downside up per the vampire analogy) quick!
