How do you do that?
Back the die way out, until it is touching nothing when you bring the arm down. Screw the die in one round at a time until it begins to reach the neck. It helps to paint the neck with a marker, so you can see what is being worked. If you use a decapping die first, you only need to work an eighth of an inch or so of the neck to be able to hold a bullet. Otherwise, you may need to resize the entire neck to get the primer decapped. If you bring the die down enough to resize the entire neck, and then give it another half turn, you will set the shoulder back just a touch. That is called a partial full length resize and is also known as shoulder bumping.
