I really like the platform and I am sure that hi-cap mags, drums, etc.. are sure to follow closely in the footsteps of the saiga 12. I wouldn't mind feeling one up myself.

 

Heck Saigas are that much off the shelf, over a grand converted back to an AK. I'd rather spend $700 on this if it's reliable.

 

That is tempting. Centerfire Systems has them for $700 + $15 shipping, could be had for $735 with my FFL fee, but I would want to fondle/test fire one also.

The guy seemed a bit tool bag-esque at the end of the first video but all in all I think I actually want one more now.

 

Saiga converters are already messing with this shotgun (and already coming out with parts; like Tromix's gas rings to allow it to run birdshot reliably). They seem to like it, which says a lot, IMO.

I hear ya. It seems very promising, as long as higher capacity mags come into play......and I have no doubt that someone will soon jump on the bandwagon and cash in on the potential gold mine, once these shotguns become more popular.

I'm not much of a shotgun guy, more an AR guy, but that SBS is sweet! I'd buy one for around $1500 if it was available.

Pretty nice too, but I'll take the slimmer handguard and folding stock. The Krebbs is probably much lighter too.

I couldn't believe I missed this thread, but I read the name of the gun, and didn't think it was a thread I would be interested in..I was wrong.

 

Now that is tempting, although I am still leaning towards the Saiga even with the conversion expense due to my love of the AK

Hopefully this coming to market will drop the Saiga prices a little.
