How is a pdf of a bound book page helpful? Isn't the point that they are actually bound (in a binding) so that pages can't be added or removed (without being obvious)?

Create one off MS Excel, send a sample to the ATF for approval. Get your approval letter back from the atf and keep your book on your desktop, laptop, netbook, tablet, and back up in the cloud...

Works for me.
