Just a curiosity thread for those that partake: wondering what folks tend to do in terms of timing of set-up and take-down of their Christmas Trees?

- Buy the tree on or as close as possible to 17 December which day begins the O Antiphons in Vespers.
- Usually will decorate on the Sunday before Christmas (which, this year, would be the 18th). Maybe the 19th this year to allow the branches to fall fully.
- Take down following the end of the traditional Octave of Epiphany (6 Jan => 13/14 Jan).
