You as well? Only board I kicked myself off after a moderator threatened to ban me, I told him I am the kind of person when I get an ultimatum, "do this or else", I pick the "or else". I called another member a pompous awesole, and I actually knew him personally from shooting with him at Ft Malabar, and I was being kind to only call him that. Most highpower shooters are really nice and easy going people, he was not.

I thought we had discussed this and "it was over". Why bring it up again?

I've been warned, infracted, and put on double secret probation but never actually banned... I usually just leave cause I don't like the people anyways...

WAIT..! I take that back! The mosin forum banned me on my 1st post! It was epic. I posted a pic of my bubba'd 1941 Tula and they sent me packing... ncreptile cried I think... but he will still talk to me...

No, but I got banned from a Harley Davidson forum about 12 years ago. I was banned along with 5 others and we have all stayed in touch and have become great friends. We were from all over the country and have actually met up a few times.

He sends the nicest warnings. You get a paragraph so polite and professional, makes you feel wonderful, and what it really means is STFU and stop it.

I've came close. The Firing Line forum, years ago, back when they allowed more spirited discussion on their site than they do now.

Found out the hard way that the powers that be on that forum are firm believers in circling the blue wagons. Never actually insulted cops, or said anything anti-police. I stated how I intended to keep and make use of my rights if I get a traffic stop or license check. How I'd request a warrant, not allow a warrant-less search, etc.

Both times I got stern warnings, and was told that they do not tolerate "anti-police behavior" on TFL. I was told the 2nd time if it happened again, I'd be banned. They didn't have to ban me, I left.

TFL is a great firearms resource. if you need info, they're a great place to look. But the site is firmly rooted in the "cops can do no wrong" camp.

I got a temp ban on a car forum last year. Still a member and was even considered for a MOD position there.

I got infracted once.
Me as well for saying phuck ( spelled just like that) when it was CSF
