To rail or not to rail?

These guns heat up pretty easily. How well does the railed forend act as a heatsink?

Should I get a Stormwerkz top-cover-rail? Ulti-mak gas-tube-rail?

QUADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD-rail!? :thumbup1:

I think I'm pretty set on getting a quad-rail and shoving a Tango-Down stubby Vertical Foregrip on her along with a SureFire and some type of Red Dot.

I just want some input from those that have Been There, Done That on how much the forend will heat up with a quad-rail or other additions.

Can you get cowitness with that Micro on an Ultimak rail with the Krink sights?

If you can, that would make the most sense, no?
I just have the guns, none of the optics or mounts so far. Those are "stock photos" that I have collected.

People report that they can cowitness with the Ulti-mak rail but not with the Stormwerkz rail.

I don't know about the Quad-Rail.

If you don't trust Quicken you can have any estate lawyer or otherwise draw up a Trust. The NFA laws specififically permit ownership by Corps, LLC's, and Trust. Nowhere does it say anything about NFA specific Trust drawn up by NFA lawyer. The laws also do not specify that such items can only be owned by NFA Trust so there is no need for such. Anything specific you'd like to add around the particulars of NFA ownership as it relates to said items being willed to others whn you're gone can be added but isn't required to be in the Trust itself. So to own in NC you must create a valid trust and purchase with the proper "reasons" and that'll keep you within the law. Hey I'm not slammin anyone for being cautious since there is no such thing, however if you really read the laws it'll make more sense. The NFA lawyers out there are getting paid to do something you or any other lawyer could do.

I bought it, in kit form, with receiver, months ago. Had it shipped directly to a Krink-builder.

He messed up the serial number when registering it and tried getting the ATF to change it. Now I am waiting for the ATF to begin the transfer from him to my guy.
