What are the rules and laws in SC on making your own gun for your self. Say milling my own 1911 lower or AR 15 lower and then buying parts to finish it. Do you have to have a manufacture license or do you have to register it? Im building my machining skills and thought this might be a fun thing to do but i don't want to get my self into trouble.
