Just make up a bunch and send them to me for testing. I'll adjust the OAL... ;)
Yeah what he said. I can give you a bunch of components to test building those if you can have them back to me before hunting season completely assembled.:)

1.265 OAL, is what I "shoot for" when loading 230 grain, FMJs. You probably won't have any problems with your OAL. You are just a smidgen over.

Looks good. I would like to suggest that, rather than send a bunch of samples to bigfelipe, that you send them to me!

SAAMI max COL is 1.275, so it may chamber just fine. How close to max load are you?

My SOP when developing a load is to test the geometry before adding primers or powder to the mix. I'll make a half-dozen inert rounds and plunk test and function test them. Plunk test means remove your barrel and drop a round in the chamber. Google this and you'll see what to look for. To test function I load the rounds in a mag and hand-cycle the action. I'll both slingshot the slide and walk it down slowly all the way through a couple mags full. I'm looking for any type of stoppage at all and for setback in the bullets. If I can find problems and fix them during this stage it makes life easier when testing live ammo.

Max length is judged by the "plunk" and feeding tests in YOUR firearm, I think... MIN length is another matter entirely, as you can drive pressures way up.

anything less than the what the load was developed with is potentially dangerous, not just min COL
