Downgrading an endangered hawks status will do nothing.. They're still protected regardless if they are endangered or not. A brilliant person started that petition lol.

I agree but like I said, many of the hawks we have around here are not on any endangered list but they are still protected. You can't start a petition and think people will know what you meant when you are clearly misinformed about the topic of your petition lol. You will never see raptors go unprotected.

If you have some that are causing problems... Keep tight lipped and go on about your business... I'm not advocating killing hawks, just saying you can't get in trouble for something nobody knows about.
