Bring the fire bowl back to life

Some shots of the fire bowl in use at ThrillHill this weekend.

 

I think I saw this on CSF. I like the this on the deck. Is it a drainage pipe? I thought I saw you burn stuff in it?

The pipe on the deck ( with my mom's feet in it) is used for cooking. You can see some of the tongs and stuff on the wall. There is a grate to go on top. Cooked some good brats on it this weekend. Also found out that grill apple slices are great.

 

Gotta get me one of them.

Like I said on the other forum. This thing is killer. So simple, but cool as hell. Would work great on my little piece of property. Was gonna try to build one but its hard to find something big enough to make a bowl out of. Might just buy one. Sanford is really close to me. Thanks for the pics!

I like that thing more the more I think about it. This is the first thing of that sort that would truly make a big enough fire to satisfy me and to get to have it wherever I want it on any particular day would be pretty sweet.

It is heavy but 2 people can move it. Earl and I picked mine up and put in my truck.

I had a cable crew putting in a new cable line today and they saw the fire bowl and they all wanted one.

 

I was going to say, you should start making those and selling them, but that many propane tank might be hard to find? I'd definitely buy one, just don't have the means to make it myself. Cool idea for sure.
