Feel free to discuss, we all have our own reasoning.

Free, given at work, so I get them Have never had a bad reaction, and no flu since I have been taking them. But may just be luck of the draw. In general I am overall pretty healthy. (except for my lifestyle) which drives the Docs crazy, do you smoke, yes, do you drink, yes, chase women, yes, just mark them all yes!

My doctor finally convinced me to get the flu shot about 15 years ago in October. The following March I had my first ever case of flu. Sweating/freezing/sweating/freezing. The real deal. The next time I saw him I asked, "WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?!"

He said, "Oh, you got the shot in October and flu in March? The shot doesn't last that long"

Well crap.

So I got the flu shot the next year and got mild flu later that winter. This happened two more winters, and I got the flu each winter.

I stopped getting flu shots after that and haven't had the flu since. That was maybe 10 years ago.

Nope.

The human body is pretty damned amazing.

It can be infected with a virus, fight it and build antibodies.

Additionally, I have no trust in the pharmaceutical industry or the poison they peddle.

I answered the man of steel thing of course but the real poop is NFW.
Why? Cause I read the Hot Zone and Several books by Horrowitz on the facts surrounding how they develope, and manufacture many modern vaccines.

I have avoided answering this question in two threads now, because the minute you answer that question you are marginalized and labeled a kook.
I know what I know. I never said I hadn't had a flue shot, I have and without exception I reacted exactly the same as the others here. The Hep B made me sicker than dog excrement. I took the Hep B out of fear even after knowing what Horrowitz said about it.
Do you have any idea what kind of a potential human testing pool we have here in America? Where people will line up like good little sheep to get their shots? There was a book I read back when I was in my early teens I think it was by Asimov, short stories, one in particular really is an example of what is possible here.
Line up and get your Pax inoculation. I won't.
