Any body know how many firearms are stolen in NC and SC each year? One story I heard about this hoard, was that most were probably from NC and SC.

This guy must have had the majority of the stolen guns from both states. I hope they find my 6 from 1994.

Not knowing how you have handled it previously, I would suggest you be proactive since there may be a slightly better than average chance one or more of yours may be in the bunch.

Apparently his neighbors are saying he was singled out. This according to a wsoc report. One dumbass commenting on FB, basically commended the guy for taking guns off the street.

I would bet that the number is at least as big as the number of cars stolen, so at a minimum 50,000 a year between the two states...

I saw this on the news the other day and once I got over the "Holy...!!! How many thousand?... He has more rifles than some people do rounds of ammo!", I couldn't help but wonder where the heck he got the money to buy or goods to trade for all of these guns. Even if he only paid $100/gun that's $700k! So his drug charges make sense, easy to trade drugs for guns, allows the addict to cut out the middle man.

Hope you guys get some of your stolen guns back.
