I am wondering what this thing is worth in good shape? I see them advertised on gunbroker for 1200-1500 and see some go for 200-300 so I am confused about what I should price the gun at. I guess they are like classic cars, some for 5000 some for 250000! I guess my question is, does the value on these partical guns rely solely on the condition or are some models more valuable?

It's a Western Arms by Ithica, 12ga double barrel, 30in barrels, double triggers, bird dog on the reciever, says long range on the barrel, wood in good shape, no cracks or repairs, in really good shape for being 80 years old. I'm at work and do not have the serial number with me but I'll post it tonight. Thanks for any advice or comments.

A division of Ithica. Produced a variety of S/S from 1929 to 1946. Not an expensive firearm new or used. A couple of hundred dollars will be plenty for one.
