again "competition' from CLT or Dixie... seemed to hurt both venues last time with W-S and Raleigh concurrent.

saturation of shows..... over-saturation IMHO

 

The two promoters really need to work together (doubt it will ever happen). They are taking money out of each other's pockets. They are splitting crowds and dealers. But nonetheless, I'll keep doing them probably like everyone else that works them regularly.

 

i think people are starting to get "gun show'd out"

seems like there is about 1 every month now.. and like @knifeman32 said, the promoters aren't doing anything to work with each other

 

I'm sure some folks are... but I go to a show almost every single weekend. There are some guys that won't go if shows are close together but there are a ton of people that will never miss one.

Spent a pleasant 2 hours at show this morning. Got a terrific deal from knifeman32. Thanks Jerek. He was swamped simply because he has an excellent selection and the BEST prices around. Also, a cute little 7 mo. old boy named appropriately -- Colt.

Oh, and, for the record, I saw the first official Post-Hillary-Gets-Elected gun pricing. Guy walking around with a ban-era, Century/Hesse FAL for $2600. His sign had "BUY NOW OR HILLARY" on it above the price. Not sure exactly what that meant, other than he was trying to be the first to sell a "panic" gun. LOL

 

Is Blue Collar Reloading at this show or at Charlotte?
