He just sent me a picture of it, if you talking about the one at the grip, underneath the handguard then yes. Hopefully I can work out a deal with him!

 

The relief cuts are visible on the frame behind the locking block. Early G19s did not have them and are at risk of cracking the frame, ask me how I know.

 

I don't know about the relief cuts. I thought I knew glock pretty well.
