To be fair, I got this wrong even after seeing this because I didn't know. I just assumed 2 terms would be 8 years

I saw the next test was 50 question, I went to question 5 and stopped. I missed the average age of the framers, I guessed 50, the answer was 40. Some of the questions are neat historical facts, instead of questions on constitutionality. Not really a full constitutionality test.

True, but if you can make it through there are some interesting facts most of us wouldn't know. I only did a 37 out of 50 and a few I had to guess.

Yep...exact same results here, too...

 

I got 8 out of 10. The 10 years one got me and the last one on election is a little tricky. I said majority of the states thinking of electoral college being a state thing and read the majority of the electorate as meaning popular vote which is incorrect.

10/39. I didn't take the last one. I never have been able to keep up with which amendment deals with which subject. I decided long ago I didn't really need to. So it's a mental block, I guess. And sure enough, those are the ones I missed.
